Putting a pic in "System properties"

I know on Dell's and such they have a picture that generally says the company name that built the computer in the lower left of the system properties main page. Where would one put a picture if they wanted it to show up here?
 
OEMLOGO.BMP and OEMINFO.INI in your Windows/System32 folder. If it's not there, create it. Google it if you need a template for the OEMINFO.INI file.
