Putting a comp. into a suitcase

I have a suitcase (kinda briefcase too, it was used to carry some sound equipment and the handle is offset, it's cool) and it's made out of cardboard/wood. I am wondering what it would take to get my computer into it, I measured everything and it would fit (everything, the only problem is height because when it closes it pushes down on the soundcard a little bit). What should i be worried about when mounting the motherboard and components? Is it enough that I have it stand up on little metal feet (where it would be screwed into a regular case i put in screws that go into the other screws that screw into the case). It will be a FIC AD11 mobo, with a PAL6035 on the cpu. I'm also worried about how to put in the PSU and grounding and such. I'd appreciate help especially since I couldn't find such information online.
