Just caught this on the KTLA news....hope I got it right...

...a billion seconds ago was 1959.
...a billion minutes ago, Jesus was alive.
...a billion hours ago, our ancestors were in the Stone Age.

...a billion dollars ago was 8 minutes ago at the rate the Government spends it.

i think he meant to say "a billion dollars ago was 8 minutes ago at the rate the CALIFORNIA government spends it."
