It should be expected Trump will do as little as possible to deal with Russia for what they did. Now that he has access to all the intelligence and has seen even more than what has been reported, just how comprehensive Putin's and Russia's measures were to aid his campaign, he's going to want to keep that advantage.
Look at how close the election was for him. He needs that Russian produced fake news propaganda and hopefully another set of damaging hacks for his next campaign.
The Republican establishment appears good with it for the most part. The value of democracy has been tossed aside in lieu of just winning no matter what and welcoming any advantage, even one manufactured by Putin.
I actually would not be surprised if there is some form of 'deep state' operation against Trump. He's treasonous to his country, if not with direct collusion with Russia's interference, then with his ambivalence about Russia's attack on the US and welcoming of the corruption of a portion of the electorate's minds and electoral process. That has to be something to raise the hackles of people in intelligence agencies and inspire them to lay plans to undermine him. For all Trump's efforts, the Russia cloud has not and is not going anywhere. I'd guess he is so scared of Mueller, not just due to potential collusion being found, but there being crimes in his past that can be exposed.
