Nicholas Cage with a faux deep southern accent has me rolling through out most of the film. I think it is actually worse than Keanu Reeves' southern accent in Devil's Advocate.

John Cusack, John Malkovich, Ving Rhames, Steve Buscemi, Dave Chappelle, Mykelti Williamson, Danny Trejo, Colm Meaney...Great cast but one of those movies that is so bad it is good. :laugh:

I always wondered why they put that scene in... it didn't really relate to the plot at all. Yeah, he was a sick guy.

Also not sure why Cage had a southern accent. They could have made him an Army Ranger from the north... or west. I'm sure there are some.

That or they needed an excuse to play "Sweet Home Alabama" for a transvestite Mexican inmate to dance to....wait, what?

This movie jump started alot of those careers or kept paychecks flowing for the on their way outs of the 90's actors
