Put old HD back in computer, locked out of My Documents

I saw an old hard drive laying around tonight from maybe 1.5-2 years ago and decided to put it in my computer (running as a secondary slave drive).

I can browse the drive's contents fine, but when I try to go into my own My Documents folder it says I don't have access.

I have no where to put in my old password, and can't change it in the administrator settings.

Anyone have any ideas?

Right click, properties, security tab, then change the permissions.

Figured it out, I had to get on the actual administrator account and do what Shawn said.
