Pushing a folder out to different locations

I have a domain with 12 different locations that I would like to upload a folder from my machine to a folder on the offsite servers. What is the easiest way to go about doing this without cripping bandwidth, yet doing it in a timely manner (all things considered)?

We use this to sync some config files across different sites overnight. Plenty of options to customize how you want it done.

How big is this folder? Is this a one-shot deal? You could try pushing it after business hours.

Folder is about 40MB.
One-shot deal.
