Push not working in iOS 9.2.1

Is anyone else having issues with push email in the latest iOS?

I am having issues with both my company exchange server and my gmail (via Nuevasync). For the past few days I've had to go into Mail to prompt the inbox to update.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling my accounts and that seemed to help for about 12 hours and then it stopped working properly again.

I've (of course) done restarts and all of that.

Anyone know of a solution?
