Hi all, can anybody confirm whether Purevideo does actually speed up DivX/MPEG2 encoding? I'm working with apps like Dr DivX and TMPGenc.

you need certain applications which you have to PAY for. Which is very very very retarded.

such as nvdvd decoder or windows media edition something or other. but I would get more feedback for specifics.
 
Zero encoding support of any format has emerged yet 🙁 PureVideo is mostly PureBullshat thus far.
