Pretty cool stuff, and it looks like the Asus 7600GS is the best card to buy for HDTV and for HTPC.
 
Basically FS has declared it a virtual tie, both have advantages, disadvantages and features that may come out at a later time. That ASUS card is nice if only it was faster then I'd be all over it. The article was pretty cool too.
 
I checked out the coreAVC page. does coreAVC decode hidef mpeg2 TS (tranport stream) or only h.264?
