Pure 3d II LX (Voodoo 2) drivers and uninstall problem

I updated my Canopus Pure 3d II LX drivers and it basically crushed my Windows 98 pc. Initially my pc would not start, it automatically went into sleep mode. When I woke it up I was able to only start in safe mode. After uninstalling the card's software I am able to boot properly. When I do boot however, I see messages from NAVDX checking my system and now I see a "Bad Command or File Name" message. Is there something left from this card in my registry? Any ideas are appreciated.
