Purchasing new Graphics card

Guys recently one of the fans of my 560ti stopped working.I have decided to replace my graphics card by purchasing 750ti. My question is will this card be compatible with my motherboard and will my power supply be enough ?

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k
M.B : ASUS Maximus IV GENE-Z LGA 1155
Power: Cooler Master PSU(SMPS) Silent Pro 700W

Just a note, the 750 Ti does draw much less power than the 560 Ti but it's not going to be any kind of real upgrade in terms of performance. If you're going to spend the money, you might want to consider adding a bit more and getting a performance increase.

Your 700W PSU should be more than enough for ANY single GPU setup, all the way up to a 290X or 780 Ti.

I agree with Denithor. You still have a good gaming CPU in the 2500k, especially if you OC it. I would go for at least a 760.
