hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this. I am trying to build a new computer and i wanted to get 2 gb of patriot ram. the price keeps going down and down on new egg and there is a 50 dollar mail in rebate. how long do i wait to buy it? at some point there going to take away the rebate and the price is going to be a lot higher. does anyone know if the prices of items are going to drop dramatically or atleast at all in april. I always hear about these price drops. here are two of the items i am looking at and let me know if you think that the prices are going to drop more or if i should just buy them now. thanks

Or wait, because I'm sure a better deal will roll around by the September... prices are dropping so rapidly... by then though you'll want different components. I was going to build a rig in December for $1500, now I'm looking at spending $1000 for something better.

September is a long way away... You'll always have buyer's remorse, you just have to bite the bullet sooner or later.
