Has anyone purchased a costco membership online before? Don't they put your picture on the membership card? I guess the online membership doesn't include the pic?

You prolly get some paperwork that you have to go into the store to finalize. Once in the store, they'll take your pic, etc.

I don't have a picture on my card and it still works. I think it's better to buy instore if there are any promotions going on.

I didn't have one on mine for a year or so. One day the clerk asked me to put my picture on it after my purchase. The girl at the customer service counter took my pic and printed it right onto the back of my existing card.

My parents got their cards before they put your picture on them. It's useful because I can take my dad's card and pretend to be him without having to drag him along.

Sometimes the cashier will bitch at you for awhile to give a photo ID, but they always give in if you're just firm and say "no"

dude get out of my line...if your mom and dad want you to shop for them, have them get you your own card.
