Purchased GORB from computer show - I thought it was suppose to be quiet.

I thought the GORB was a quiet cooler. I'm afraid to hear how loud an Alpha is then. It cools great, and looks cool in my case. I originally had a peltier and a six inch fan on my cpu - plan to upgrade soon to P3 - 800 and use my peltier on that.

it is relatively quiet compared to Y.S.Tech equipped Alpha's. Compared to lower output fans on alpha's, it can be a draw on which puts out more noise.

I have this setup:

alpha pfh w/ ys tech
alpha pal w/ sunon

their not too loud, but definetely not very quiet...
I've never heard a gorb working, don't care much for it
