Purchased 280x from ncix. Can I get refund for a 290 or 290x

Topic says it all. I've got a 280x I keep having problems with. Purchased on 9/19. Will they let me exchange or refund ?

Covered. Otherwise I think I'm over. It looks like I'm lucky enough to have igfx and I think I can get by with that. I'm ready cut my losses with this card and either go nvidia or try an r9 290 for practically same price
