punkbuster errors with COD4

I have punkbuster installed..I add cod4 from the location on my computer but I cant get into any games. It keeps saying " Service communication faillure: PnkbstrA.exe". Did I not install or add the game correctly? How can I fix this.?
 
Punkbuster A and B aren't even in my PB folder under COD4. Also when I check on the task manager.. they arent running either, so obv I don't have them installed. How do I install them? Once the screen comes up with the "add game" thing with the PBsetup v3.4 I dont see any thing that indicates how to install. Sorry if I am an idiot, but Im lost here.
