Pullups/Chinups for AT

A while ago there used to be a thread here for pullups but I can't find it. I was thinking yesterday about how I used to do way more pullups when that thread was around so I want to recreate it.

Same idea as the other threads, add what you did and the new total.

My pullups feel so week, probably my worst strength ratio compared to everything else.

I do 75 per week. 25 every M/W/F.

+150 (from edro) + 75 (from me)

Total: 391

I did some Tuesday. Does that count? I always super set them with my bench press. Also, doing heavy T-Bar rows has made my pull-up stronger. Thought i'd share.

+54 total from Tuesday. I added Arch's as well from the above post to get the new total of:

I do about 30 a week, usually in a day, in reps of 10 when i'm doing that particular P90X workout. I can usually do about 5 w/o an assist and then I have an assist band help me out with the back half.

I Love the P90X3 video titled "the Challenge" you spend 30 minutes only doing pushups and pullups. I will have to do it again to help this thread out.

Looks like this thread is dead, that said, I did a depletion workout 4 days in a row, prior to my daughter's birthday (tons of cake!!! yum!) and ended up doing over the course of the 3 day depletion workout:

+154 Pull-ups
+54 Chin-ups

Also, tons of parkour type stuff at the park...

Tonight I am fresh, should be able to crank out a good deal more.
