Just put in a order for: E6550, 2 gig a-data extreme, gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L, xfx 8800gt 512, arctic silver 5, two case fans. This will replace: 3000+, 939 mobo, 1 gig ddr1 400, 6600gt 128.

Please tell me this rig will rock. I had to downgrade the cpu a notch for the 8800gt price increase.

I like the E6550 except you need decent RAM to OC that baby wiht its low multiplier. BUt otherwise this rig should be pretty good at gaming.

Even without OCing, the E6550 should be fine for gaming for a while.
