Pulled a muscle about a week ago...what to do about a race tomorrow

So tomorrow, i'll be running the 4x100, 400, and 4x400 races. I'm a bit concerned though, because last week i had a pull on my right Quad. Sprinting+cooled muscles is a bad bad idea. Anyways, i've been icing it every night, but i found out that it still can't take that much abuse. Is there anything i can do which would help me out tomorrow?

You obviously did not pull your muscle because you wouldn't have a thought about racing tomorrow.

You probably strained it.. I wouldn't race, I would go see an athletic trainer. I thought I was fine when I strained my hamstring during sprint excersizes and my hamstring still bothers me today ... 6 years later🙁

Let your body heal and you won't have pain forever.

Well, would it be a strain if i can still sprint? I felt *something*, key word something, as it wasn't pain, it just wasn't the normal feeling, after doing 3 ~70 meter handoffs. We'll see tomorrow, if i feel the slightest thing, i'll rest it. It's not worth it to me to have my legs fail me now, or me fail my legs 🙁
