Hey All!
I have a computer that I am helping someone with and the normal solutions to this problem haven't made the problem go away. So I thought I would see if anyone out there could give me some help.
Microsoft Publisher 97 won't extract its self from memory in Windows XP. (On this computer the person I am helping is using.) The GUI will shutdown, but it will leave the Publisher process running in memory. We've tried running it in emulator mode, doesn't work. We tried reinstalling Publisher, didn't work. XP got reinstalled and it still has the same problem.
I am starting to figure this is a problem between 97 and XP, but I was curious if there is a work around.
Thanks...
