Hi,
I just got Time Warner business broadband and opted for the static IP address since it's for a business.

I'd like to have 1 private network for my server with 2 workstations and another public network to share wifi with my customers when they're bored.

Are there any recommendations or links on how to set this up with a static IP? I know 2 routers will be needed but most pages I've seen are done with DHCP.

TIA
K

You can use one router if it's of the wireless kind, has the adequate number of LAN interfaces for your needs, and everything is in close proximity (e.g. same building/location).

The static address would be assigned to your router's WAN interface. You would then use port forwarding to forward the specific traffic to your server. Ideally, that server should be setup in a DMZ.

Your internal LAN would be on a separate LAN interface on your router with a different subnet from the DMZ your server is in.

Most wireless routers nowadays offer a "Guest" SSID/network that effectively puts public wireless clients into another DMZ. This would be the easiest way to setup your wireless guests.
