I think males too. Sure, that one part and getting boobs is a big deal, but we are more able to deal with all the emotional changes I think then young guys are.
 
Boys by far I believe. Testosterone is an aggressive hormone. The adjustment for a boy going into manhood is tougher. Women or young girls have a period. While that may be uncomfortable, it does allow their hormones a way of relieveing themselves. But for boys there is no relief. They just have to be deal with.
 
Well, I'm thinking emotionally because of the way girls or boys are treated by their peers. I think girls, when they are young and sometimes when they are old 😉, are EVIL. I've seen them do horrible things to each other at that age for no reason.
