Psychonauts help - Cobweb duster usage

how do you use the cobweb duster correctly?

after you mash Y to "grab" the cobweb, what do you do? i get stuck to it
is there another button to put it away or something?
i can't talk to anyone/put away the cob web duster because i am attached to the cobweb at that point

any help is appreciated

To use the cobweb duster, select it in your inventory and press the use button. I'm not sure which button that is since I have the PS2 version. Once you get the cobweb, go to Ford. Under the platform is a machine that will take the cobwebs and give you PSI cards.

You shouldn't be getting stuck to the cobweb. When you used the duster, it spins for a second and sucks in the web.
