ok, so dell runs a 20% all memory upgrades and stackable 10% coupon. i call dell, make sure they have the product, and they do. i make my order and the next morning, dell CSR's tell me they have a limit on the small business division and give me a bunch of b.s.
i called customer care, raised hell, and got nowhere. so, the moral of the story is that dell computer is quite possibly the worst company to deal with. ever.

oh, also I called and checked with their sales department. they said they would have no problem honoring my order of several hundred sticks of 256 meg crucial DDR at $52.
on the upside, ebates kicked in 2% so i made a couple hundred bucks
