A week after a Hawaii State judge dismissed the suit of Uri Geller againt
Victor Stenger for a passage in *Physics and Psychics*, Geller has lost
again. The federal judge in the Miami suit against Stenger for the same
passage, previously dismissed at Geller's request, has awarded Stenger $49,148
for legal expenses incurred after Geller knew the suit was time-barred.

This brings the total to approximately $200,000 that Geller now has in
judgments against him in his lawsuits against skeptics.
