This is a playstation(1 or 2) controller to usb adapter.

Just got this at san jose fry's, don't know about other fry's.

I know this is available thru Outpost.com, This is from fry's B&M.

$6.99 - $7.00 rebate. They didn't have any rebate forms, they gonna send me it later.

Found the follwing from : http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/index.php?function=view_thread&threadid=150312

soyo drivers

Those drivers worked for me on xp.

I first just plugged in the kiky. Got hardware problems. Installed drivers. Plugged it back in. Now it shows up in game controllers.
Can't test rumble, don't have a dual force controller.

Are you using a PCI usb card? I installed those drivers and the thing still doesnt work. My friend just plugged it in with no drivers and it worked right away. I've heard that others who got it to work either didnt install any drivers or have it plugged into a pci card.

I have two of these and both do not work on my two XP computers. ;-( One is a 440BX and the other is a KT266A.

I have a dell with onboard usb 2.0 ports. I first plugged it in and it had problems. I installed the drivers and it worked fine after.

I have XP home with service pack 1.

The kiky Joy I hear does not work with Dance Dance Revolution mats, my receipt says that it does.

Also Street fighter type games don't work well either.

Just ordered one. Going to test it on all 8 of my machines. If it works, I'm going to order more, but rebates is probably just one per person.

I'll check it out. Hot deal if this is the new KiKi-X (translucent blue in color) which recenlty came out since it now has a red led to notify when it is on and also works under xp now as well as has wrokin drivers! Thanks for the heads up except if my memory serves me correctly, Fry's caries only the OG pink brand :(.

i got one from outpost.com a few weeks ago (same deal)

works pretty well on win2k. just plug it in usb and install driver that came with the cd and reboot.

however, if when i used the original ps1 controller (the one that comes with the system) the control lags pretty bad. but when i plug in a newer controller (one with dualshock) the lags gone. dont know if its only my comp or controller, but just a heads up for anybody thinking of buying.

i got the pretty pink kikyjoy btw

Here's an alternative for WinXP users!

I bought one a while back from lik-sang.com. It has 1 PSX/PS2 and 1 N64 port on it, but only either or joystick can be used at the same time. However, you can hook up multiples of these for extra controllers. WinXP basically installs as a normal pad and all buttons work great, including analog. The only problem I have is it doesn't support my special Interact ShadowBlade joystick, which I specifically bought for MAME emulation.

Check it out

I paid with paypal and the transaction went very smoothly.
