PSUs with TWO (Top and Standard Rear) Fans in issue?

Topic speaks for itself... Would it cause a heat problem because most PSUs out there now have two fans in that configuration but my case has no top venting...

(To the moderators: I know this is in Cooling/Cases but it's not getting many hits so I put it in a more public forum section so forgive in advance as theres no way to delete my old thread.)
 
Don't worry about posting to this thread anymore... i figured out that the supposed top fan is actually the bottom fan facing the components (silly me)...
