I need a PSU that will work on a Neo4 Platinum mobo ( AMD mobo ) here are my somewhat finalized specs:

Looks fine. I'm partial to Antec PSU's, but I'm sure the thermaltake will be fine. Personally I would suggest xp pro, but its your call.
