PSU?

I'm looking for a quiet psu. Silence is the issue here. I was looking at the modular NeoHe 500 but as I'm planning on getting an a8r-mvp, and I've heard that Asus mobos have had problems with the NeoHE it wouldn't be a good idea. The other two options would be the tad expensive seasonic s12-500 or the new supposedly really quiet Zalman 460 watt. I'm planning to overclock.

My Seasonic s12-600 is whisper quiet. Basically, I don't hear it at all.

Edit: So the Seasonic s12-500 will definitely fit the bill.

What's you equipment. (HD's, proc, ram, optical drives, anything else that pulls off the PSU).

if you want a good psu, pc power & cooling has their 410 on sale for $76.50 right now. its their silencer line, and, from experience, they are q-u-i-e-t. that psu will put out near the power of cheaper 450-500 watt psu.

The Antec Phantom series can be perfectly silent. How much power do you need? The Phantom 350W doesn't even have a fan, while the Phantom 500 only turns on it's fan when it gets too hot.
