i am getting a 550w antec power supply wuth 24 pin connector it says that is a ia eps12v will that work on a atx mobo?
 
You need a 24->20 pin adapter if it doesn't come with one (it splits the 24-pin output into a 20-pin and a 4-pin for ATX12V motherboards). They're readily available anywhere computer parts are sold.
