Short of it is a Ryzen 2600, RX590(maybe a 1660 variant if I can swing it in), nvme, regular SSD, rgb ram, mobo with rgb stuff, rgb case ( geez that sounds like a lot). Most of the psu calculators are targeting around 400w, so I figure a 550 or 600 would be fine for future upgrades.

Found the Bitfenix Whisper series. Reviews are really good, efficiency on them is good rated at 80+ Gold, Japanese caps, all the good stuff, full modular, and EVERY single cable that plugs into including the main 24pin power is flat. I like flat when it comes to cables, makes managing easier. And the prices listed are excellent value, the 550 is around $80 up to the 850w in the $110 range. But apparently everyone else has decided they are good and I can’t find anything less than a 750w available online. Bitfenix seems to think everyone has them in stock when I messaged to ask on availability. (Shrug)

So here it is, what PSU maker has something in the 550/600w range, with flat cables for all connections, a decent amount of included cables, Japanese caps, great efficiency, quiet,in the same price point as the Bitfenix, AND actually be available? Black or white doesn’t matter, tho possibly prefer white since the case will be white this time.

So far I’ve found the Seasonic Snowflake(or something) series, but it’s priced higher in the550w range.

No options?

I saw in your other thread you've used Corsair before. They're good, but like you said, pricey. I've had good like with Cooler Master and Seasonic as well. It's not much cheaper, but it looks like there's a Seasonic 550W for ~80, or 650 for ~92. It's worth a look. I have the 650W version myself for about $90 and it's been solid so far. Hard to beat a 10 year warranty too.

Quite a bit more.
Definitely. They're paracord cables though, and if you buy them separately it's gonna be at least $50-60 just for the cables, and that might not include every single cable you get with the full PSU, i'm not sure. There's a lot of more important stuff you could upgrade for that money, I'm just showing you the option. Whether you buy it or not depends on how much you value the aesthetics.
