PSU Voltage Problems (?)

I've been having some stability issues.

Readout from MBM:
Case - 36C
CPU - 36C
CPU Fan - 3780rpm
CPU - 1513mhz

+5V - 4.95V
-5V - -1.34V
+12V - 11.86V
-12V -7.09V

Core 0 - 1.60V
Core 1 - 1.73V

My System:
AMD Althon XP 1800+
Antec True 330 W PSU
Epox 8RDA3i (nf2)
EVGA GF4 ti4200 128mb
1gb pc2700 ram (corsair)
Thermalright AX-7 HSF
Intel Pro/100
Creative Ensoniq PCI
ATI TV Wonder VE
WD 40gb hdd
WD 80gb hdd
NEC ND-2510A DVD-RW
YS Tech 50cfm cpu fan
generic 80mm case fan
2x 120mm 88CFM fans on switchbus

Possibilties I can think of
1.) I set up mbm wrong. This will be checked when I wake up tomorrow
2.) My psu is dying
3.) To much load
4.) Something else?
