PSU Testing question.

I have an Antec 400 Watt PSU, that I want to use with a newly q=aquired nF2 board. The problem is that all the hardware that used to be hooked up to this PSU, has mysteriously contracted odd problems, Mobo keeps carshing, CPU crashes, and the video card crashes on any 3D app. So now I am suspecting all this hardware failure came about from some sort of PSU hiccup right before I tore the system down. In light of this I am afraid to even attempt using this PSU with my new hardware. Is there anyway to test a PSU without actually hooking it to live eqipment?

Yes there are PSU testers such as this Antec described here. CompUSA used to sell it in store but not sure if they still carry it.
