I wanted to get some advice on upgrading my relatively ancient system.
I recently upgraded my 775 e5700 to qx9650. MB is gigabyte p45t-es3g. Other specs include ATI r7770, and others.
Computer was shutting down after the upgrade and I installed CM hyper 212 EVO, things were stable for a day then shut down and restart cycling. I was advised that I need to dump my old imicro POS PSU and am looking for suggestions.
Given that my system is mostly for internet, and little gaming, if I could find something modular, 80 bronze at least and under $50, that would be ideal.
I don't know if this is good goal as I don't even know what wattage but I figure that I don't need to go higher that 550W.
