PSU suggestions plz for MSI KT3 ULTRA and XP1600

Right now I have a 250psu that I used with my PIII650, however, I dont think its sufficient for my new setup.

Suggestions for a new PSU?

I'm probably gonna order from Newegg.

A standard Antec PP303 300w should be fine, unless you plan on loading it up with tons of devices, like a huge RAID array. Anything higher is usually overkill and unnecessary, so long as you have a quality unit, so avoid brands like Deer and such. Only get something with a higher wattage rating if it will make you feel more comfortable, or you like the features from a more expensive PS unit (extras like a switch which let you manually control the fan speed, etc.).

I'd say you should get a 350w just for the sake of expandability. My old 250w'er cut out on me at random times when I upgraded from a P3 450 to what I have now.

It really depends on what other accessories you're shoving in your rig. It all adds up after a while

a 350w PS can be gotten for very cheep even from enermax, antec, or sparkle. any one of those would serve you well and not cost a whole lot. if thats still more money than your looking for the enlight is also a good budget PS. the 420w version is a realy good deal if they have it in.
