I am in the process of building a budget comp. The system specs will be:
AXP-m 2400+ @ 2.6ghz (aircooled via Thermalright SI97 w/32cfm fan)
EPoX 8RDA3I Pro
1gb PC3700 OCZgold
Geforce 6600 256 agp
2x 7200rpm hdd's (R0)
DVDRW 16x
5x 80mm 2500rpm Coolermaster fans
and 3 or 4 USB devices

I'm thinking something along the line of a 400w Antec. What do you guys think?

You don't even need close to 500W. I'd feel perfectly fine running that on my 330W antec truepower.

Just get something from a quality brand. As long as its a good power supply, it'll run that computer.

I have to agree with "cheesePoofs" Antec power supplys are great. I do fine with my 350Watt Smart Power unit. No need to buy too much power supply.

Thanks for the help you guys!! I think I'm going to order an Antec 350w from Newegg as they are offering $0.99 shipping on EVERYTHING. I'll probably pick up a few Coolermaster LED fans and other stuff while I'm at it. Thanks again!

might as well get at least a 400 in case of later power demands. seasonic makes some very efficient 400-watters that are also very quiet. generally, the age of the <300watt PSUs are coming to an end with the new hardware

Newegg has the OCZ Modstream 450 on sale as well with a $15 rebate. All I can say about this PS is WOW! It looks marvelous and performs exceptionally.

Ok, I found a good local deal on an Antec Super Lanboy which came with a 350w SmartBlue PSU. I picked it up for 120 bucks.
