PSU requirements for new system build ?

on the motherboard there is an 8-pin and 24-pin connector
the vid card has a 6-pin connector

i own the following power supplies:

Antec 550W truecontrol 20-pin, 4-pin
Antec 480W trueblue 20-pin, 4-pin
Antec 400W model sl400 20-pin, 4-pin
Thermalright TR2-430W 24-pin, 6-pin, 4-pin


which one should/can i use for this setup, or do i need to buy one with a 8-pin and 6-pin connector ??

i know all those PSU's have enough juice to power the system
i'd love to use my 550 as it's served me well over the years


i've been working a lot over the last 3 or more years so havn't been reading all the reviews and news headlines on this stuff
seems to have been changing up on me ...
