PSU requirements for Conroe?

I am planning on building a new rig with a Conroe in the next month or two, and would like to reuse as much of my current system as possible. Will an Antec True Power 480W PSU be enough to handle a standard Conroe system? I'll likely use a single 7900GT (possibly going to SLI later), a single SATA HDD, 2GB DDR2 800 RAM, and two optical drives. If not, what kind of PSU are most people recommending?

On a side note, I will put together a second system for my wife with leftover parts. Will use an Athlon 3200+ Barton, 1GB RAM, 1 PATA HDD, X800XT. Will a 350W Antec PSU cover that ok? Tia for any help.

By far, i was quoted around 380w-430w on another post made here

The enermax liberty is a very nice PSU, i'd pay the extra if it's not too much. Remember that you don't need a 500W PSU, a 430W would handle all of that with ease. Nvidia GPUs aren't that power hungry, conroes are even less power hungry than A64s. All told you won't be drawing much power at all.

Conroe runs a lot more efficient than its predesesor. You'll definately be able to run a Conroe on your current PSU.
