Hello. I am building a HTPC around a AMD 3870k. It has 8GB ram with 2x4gb sticks installed into a FM1 AMD micro motherboard. It has windows 7 installed at present with a coolermaster PSU rated at 350watts.
I am swapping it into a Novatech vision case which comes with a ITX PSU rated for 250 watts SEE BELOW LINK.
I cannot use my coolermaster PSU as it wont fit into the case and eventually i will buy a better itx psu but will it be sufficient for my requirements? I dont have a aftermarket GPU installed and dont require one and only have 2 usb devices attached. I am thinking of scrapping windows 7 and purely using with a standalone xbmc.

Thanks in advance for help.

I thought that should be ok. I reckon that psu will sound like a hairdryer though!
