PSU recommendations for A64 939 rig.

I'm building a new pc and I'm going with an A64 (939) 3200+, an MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Motherboard, and a Sapphire (ATI) Radeon X800XT AGP. Obviously I'll have all the usual stuff to power, but I'll also have to power:

92mm Panaflo fan on an XP-90
2 x 120mm Panaflo case fans
3 x 80mm Panaflo case fans
1 x Vantec harddrive cooler
Possibly some LED case lights
And eventually want to overclock.
Would also like to have some power left over so I'm not always running at the PSUs limit

I was going to with an Antec TRUE550, but have been reading of it having problems with the K8N Neo2, so I need to find a new power supply. For what I have, will a 550watt power supply be enough? What 550watt - 600watt power supplys would you recommend?

My choice is pcp&c. With all those fans you have you definitely will not hear the "not-so-quiet" best PSU made in my opinion.

Just go for something Fortron (my blue storm would be plenty to power that, and even has dual 12v rails, with 30a combined), OCZ, PCP&C, or Antec. That Antec would be plenty to power your system, but i'd rather save the money and forget LED fans.

The Fortron 530w PSU on newegg for about $69-75 is a really good one. Plenty of amps on the rails and is good for overclocking.
