Hello guys, this is my first post so sorry if it's in the wrong place.
This is my current setup:
cpu: FX8350
cpu cooler: CM hyper 212 evo
ram: GSkill ripjaws 1866mhz
mobo: Asrock 990fx extreme9
psu: cm gx750 bronze
gpu: gigabyte windforce gtx770
ssd: sandisk extreme 128gb
hdds: 500gbx2
250gbx1

Black friday is around the corner and I'm planning on getting a new psu so I can add another 770, a NZXT kraken x60 and overclock the cpu to 4.5ghz. I asked on another forum and some guy told me to buy the cooler master v750... and I'd rather buy a 1000w but I have no knowledge about power supplys. I have a 100$ budget. So I need recommendations for what PSUs I should look out during the sales. Thank you!

Are you buying from newegg? Your location is Honduras.

Although an FX8350 + GTX 770 SLI setup will not push a 750W unit to the limit, I would still not recommend it on that PSU; I wouldn't trust the GX750 anywhere near its maximum load. A good 750W unit would do, like this: Rosewill Capstone 750W $100. 850W units are not really in your budget unless you settle for a Bronze unit with rebate. I would rather have 750W Gold though.

What resolution are you gaming on? Unless it's 1440p or higher, I neither see the point for two 770's nor would I recommend them because an FX-8350 would certainly be a bottle neck.

Rosewill Capstone is less expensive, more efficient and comes with 7 year warranty. The Seasonic unit is no doubt good but a tad overpriced for a Bronze unit.

well I play a lot of bf4, I play at 1080p and I really wanted minimum 60+fps so that's the reason for the 770s in sli, are you sure it would bottleneck? If that's the case then I'll be buying an i7 4770k. Yes I would be buying it from newegg, a family member will be traveling to the US so they can bring that stuff for me. The capstone is okay but I need the PSU to be semi or fully modular. I found this product: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817104054
would you recommend this for me?

Well if gaming on 60hz you dont want MORE than 60 fps, you want exactly 60hz with vsync to avoid tearing. If you want to improve smoothness beyond that, a 120 or 144hz monitor would make a bigger impact than a new video card

And yes im 100% sure an fx8350 will bottleneck dual 770s on 1080p

I would NOT recommend that product. If you want modular, just get the unit the other guy recommended.

I don't really see the point for modularity if you KNOW you'll be using all pcie cables

I did a PSU calculation on your build and you need at least a 850.

How did you calculate? Guru3D recommends 700-800W for 770 SLI, and they typically overestimate a bit to account for lower quality units.

http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_770_sli_review,4.html

That has only 768W on the +12V rail, not exactly what you'd expect from a high quality 850W unit these days. The Rosewill Capstone 750W unit I recommended has only 24W less, which is insignificant. That's not the only thing sub par in this unit, but it's sufficient for not recommending it.
