PSU recommendation

I need some recommendations. Quality is important since this will be for an overclocked system. Price is also of concern as I am trying to keep this within reason. Any thoughts?

Any thoughts?
Several thought like what are the system specs? Can't reccomend a good PSU without knowing the power needs of the system. Maybe your system doesn't need a 500W or larger PSU. Maybe it needs more. Won't know unless you list the system.

I will be overclocking an E7200 to 3.6/3.8 ghz range, gigabyte ep-45-DS3r board, 2x2gb DDR2 (could be 4x2gb later), 1 ati 4850, 1-2 harddrives, 1 dvd rw. Possibly adding on a tv tuner type device down the road, but should also power 4 fans.

I have been very satisfied with my Thermaltake Toughpower 600 for over a year now. Running 650I SLI board, E4300@3,1 GHz, 8800 GTS 640, 2 GB DDR2, 2 HDDs, 1 DVD and 4 x 120mm fans...

If your budget is on the lower side, look for deals on the Antec Earthwatts. Otherwise, Corsair power supplies seem to be really popular for those looking for good PSUs.

You say price is of concern... what's your budget?

I had a Corsair hx520w for 3 years until last week when I did a minor overhaul. I went for water to air, New Power supply, and new case. The 520 powered my system with no problem.
