PSU recommendation for a quiet system?

Hi all, I'm building a "quiet" PC this month and want to get a near silent PSU for it. Any ideas for something reasonably priced (and hopefully modular) in the 450 to 650W range?

I'm going to get a Fractal Design R4 case to house everything in, and the PSU will be powering an i5/i7 quad core and an AMD HD7790 GPU (Asus DC-II). Probably get a Noctua CPU cooler with a PWM fan.

Any PSU tips would be great!

TX series is not known for being quiet. Seasonic's self branded units, on the other hand, are. G series is certainly a good pick.

But your PC is pretty low power (<200W), you can easily get by with a ~400W unit. Here:

Seasonic S12II 430W 60€
Seasonic G360 63€
Super Flower Golden Green Pro 450W 80€ (equal to Seasonic quality)

FYI, modularity in this wattage range is useless since you'll be using most cables anyway. The R4 case also has good cable management.
