what's the difference between 250W and 300W psu? I'm buying an inwin s500 and I dunno which psu to get with it...
I'll be running an overclocked tbird 750....

The 300W will be able to to provide more power over your components, processors, etc.. So I would personally go with the 300W to just play it safe.
It also depends on how the manufacturer divided up the power distribution between the many voltage rails, and with the 300W, there is more to work with so less chance of something not getting the required power to run.

Whats the difference? 50 watts

Sorry, couldn't resist. Tbirds suck juice like no tomorrow I would get at least 300w if you plan to OC, although they will run with 250 depending on how many other powered devices you have. Heard that to get a 1.33 bird over 1500 you need at least 400w usually...
