Current PSU: Antec TruPower 380

Components for new rig:

Fx55
Mobo (onboard audio and ethernet)
2x 1gb sticks DDR
2x 250gb 7200 HDs(1 pata, 1 sata)
7900GTo
Dual-Layer DVD burner
3x 120mm fans

Yes, I do plan to overclock both the CPU and the Video card.

You'll definitely need more power than even the newer TP 380 can supply, even if running both the FX-55 & the 7900GTO at stock speeds. You'll need even more for overclocking both.

Here are the specs.

I used that PSU calculator w/ OC'd FX55(@ 3ghz, 1.5v estimated) and OC'd GTX. At max load it said I would need 356watts but I don't know if I had all the settings right.

*edit* Well I did the little claculation thingy and found out I'd need 27a on the +12 rail and mine maxes out at 24a.
