Your Nvidia card has minimum requirements and running 2 in SLI requires a good PSU. Do you feel that Thermaltake is that PSU? Well, a Enermax 620W or Seasonic S12 600W is the smart move to go. If you're spending that much on your cards, what's $150 for a solid PSU? That is my main reason to ordering a S12 for myself.

Originally the system only had 1 card, and ran perfectly, but my buddy tossed in another and he sees better performance with just 1, so I'm thinkin' the PSU is the bottleneck, and the Enermax is exactly what I'm thinkin' the upgrade should be.

Testing reveals that the cards OUT OF SLI run the CS:Source stress test at 143FPS, while two cards IN SLI run at 120FPS
