PSU Question

I currently just bought an Antec TruPower 2.0 500W PSU. I have experienced random rebooting so I checked the voltages. The +12 is never above 11.96, the +5 is alway around 4.94 and the +3.3 is always around 3.26. I thought that 500W shoul have been more than enough to handle the components I currently have. Is there something wrong with my PSU

Thanks for any help

My System:

Asus K8V SE
AMD Athlon 64 3200
2x 512MB DDR
Radeon 8500
SBlive
4HDD (2 X Seagate 160GB in RAID, 40GB WD, 80GB Seagate) All ATA drives
1CD-ROM (TDK 32X CD-RW)

any suggestions on where to start then? If I had to guess, I'd probably take a stab at my Vid card or sound card as the perpetrator. Is the safe to assume?

are you overclocking? I would start in the BIOS and make sure you don't have aggressive timings set or anything like that. The next thing to do would be to run MEMtest and see if your ram is ok

Everything in the system is running at stock. I'll probably try memtest when I get home to see if that could be the problem. You wouldn't happen to have a link to it would you?
