Think the above psu is enough for my new rig? Is the psu also quiet?

I'm going to be using this psu on this new rig of mine:

2x256 kingston hyper x
HITACHI Deskstar 7K250 HDS722516VLSA80 -13G0254 160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - OEM
Thermaltake Tsunami VA3000BWA Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail

Haven't decided on video card yet but likely a:

x300se or 6200tc pci-e until I have more money to upgrade to a 6800 in the next few months..

those 2x256mb kingston hyper x(pc3500) ram is a gift from my brother untill I have enough money to get my own ram...

you could get a 512 now and just ad another later, unless your set on running dualchannel or somehting
