PSU question

I just bought This Chaintech MB and realized that the psu I was going to use on it has a 20 pin connector. It looks like this board needs a 24 pin connector. When I am looking at psus, should I be looking for one that is listed as 12v? Most sites don't have pics of the cables themselves so I can't tell.

Thanks in advance.

I may have my terminology mixed up. A better question is: does 12v refer to the pin number?

Currently looking at the Antec psu line.

What is the form factor of the motherboard. It should match the form factor of the PSU. ATX is probably the most common form, but as technology is going it is changing. 12v is the voltage of the system.

The form factor of the MB I just bought is ATX. My old MB was also ATX. But the old MB has a 20 pin power connector. The new one has a 24 pin. How can one tell when buying a psu if it is a 24 pin connection? Some of the descriptions are vague at best.
